How do I get started with a personalized training program?
Getting started is easy! We’ll begin with an initial consultation to understand your goals, fitness level, and any health concerns. From there, I’ll design a personalized program just for you.
What’s the difference between Online and In-Person Personal Training programs?
Both programs follow the same structure; the difference is where we connect. Online sessions happen via Zoom, where I coach you remotely. In-person sessions take place at my gym, face to face. Either way, you’ll get the same results!
Are your personal training programs beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! I welcome all experience levels and love helping beginners build a healthy routine. I’ll guide you every step of the way as you learn to move safely and effectively.
How are the training sessions structured?
Each session is 60 minutes, including a warm-up, strength training, cardio, flexibility exercises, and a cool-down. We use a mix of bodyweight and weight-bearing movements, tailored to your needs and preferences

Why is your health course 6 months?
This course is about creating lasting change, not quick fixes. Over 6 months, you’ll build healthy habits that stick. It takes time to replace old behaviors, and I’ll be with you every step of the way to ensure you succeed.
What qualifications and experience do you have?
I’m a certified professional with over 15 years in fitness and health. I’ve helped hundreds of women achieve their goals through Health Coaching, Fitness Classes, and 1-on-1 training. I have multiple certifications: Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, CrossFit Level 1, Crossfit Level 2, Endurance Training, Strong Man Training, Olympic Lifting, and NASM Certified.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Life happens, and I understand that. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Refunds aren’t typically offered, but we can discuss rescheduling or crediting future sessions.
How much do your services cost?
All of my prices are listed in the “Services” section of my website and pricing varies depending on the service and package. We offer competitive rates and discounts for packages and referrals.
What are the payment/billing details?
Personal Training: Pay monthly in advance, just like a standard gym. Health Coaching: Pay for the full program upfront.
