About Me
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve learned firsthand how deeply intertwined fitness and nutrition are. My journey has been enriched by incredible mentors who have shaped my understanding of the human body and the transformative power of a holistic approach to wellness.

I've witnessed countless individuals change their lives through fitness, adding not just years to their lives but quality years full of vitality and strength. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that you can’t just change one aspect of your life without influencing the others. Physical, mental, and emotional health are all interconnected, and I approach each client’s journey with this holistic outlook.

My own fitness journey has been far from easy. I've faced and overcome significant mental and physical barriers, including rehabbing from multiple injuries. These challenges have taught me the importance of mental fortitude, resilience, and the grace to keep moving forward. It's this understanding that I bring into my training with clients—recognizing that our bodies work as a unified whole, and true transformation happens when we nurture both the body and the mind.

Through the course, I also became more aware of my own limitations and boundaries when it came to food choices. I was in a pretty low spot with my exercise and diet when I reached out to Hannah. I enjoy outdoor activities, but I had just lost my mojo. Hannah helped me get it back! She is smart, kind, optimistic and fun to work with. With her guidance, I developed a great morning routine! She and I worked together on an exercise plan that was fun and pushed me. One of her outstanding qualities is her attention to detail when I would be learning a new movement, she made sure I was using proper form and technique! I saw improvements in my physical health and mental fitness as well! My blood sugar, A1C and my sleep apnea scores all improved over time! Thank you so much Hannah!
The lesson here for me is that is really not about the weight and seeing the pounds fly off. I did lose some weight but I was not as obsessed with the scale as I had been in the past. What’s important is how you feel in your body and that you do whatever you can to honor and respect it and treat it with the utmost care. This is so much more beneficial than just exercising and eating healthy to lose weight. I have lost some weight - 15 pounds total maybe - but I am no longer judging success by weight loss. I am judging success by how I look and feel and since working with Hannah I feel GREAT! I am thankful to be on this journey with her and look forward to continuing to work with her to be the healthiest and happiest (rather than the lightest lol) version of me.
What I started to see over the weeks, was not exactly what I expected….I was thinking the pounds would be dropping quickly. What happened was even better….my body felt stronger and more toned and for the first time in my life, I was starting to feel confident in it and willing to show it off a little more. Instead of looking at body parts and thinking of what I wished they would look like, I was looking at them and seeing a newfound pride in what I have & what I have been working on. I started wearing dresses for the first time and sleeveless tops (this is a big deal for me because I completely avoided these type clothes all my adult life) and people started complimenting me on my body …. MY body!
My husband and I worked with Hannah for about a year. We can not say enough good things about the time we spent with Hannah helping us with our nutrition and overall well being. How do I get started with a personalized training program?
Getting started is easy! We’ll begin with an initial consultation to understand your goals, fitness level, and any health concerns. From there, I’ll design a personalized program just for you.
What’s the difference between Online and In-Person Personal Training programs?
Both programs follow the same structure; the difference is where we connect. Online sessions happen via Zoom, where I coach you remotely. In-person sessions take place at my gym, face to face. Either way, you’ll get the same results!
Are your personal training programs beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! I welcome all experience levels and love helping beginners build a healthy routine. I’ll guide you every step of the way as you learn to move safely and effectively.
How are the training sessions structured?
Each session is 60 minutes, including a warm-up, strength training, cardio, flexibility exercises, and a cool-down. We use a mix of bodyweight and weight-bearing movements, tailored to your needs and preferences

Why is your health course 6 months?
This course is about creating lasting change, not quick fixes. Over 6 months, you’ll build healthy habits that stick. It takes time to replace old behaviors, and I’ll be with you every step of the way to ensure you succeed.
What qualifications and experience do you have?
I’m a certified professional with over 15 years in fitness and health. I’ve helped hundreds of women achieve their goals through Health Coaching, Fitness Classes, and 1-on-1 training. I have multiple certifications: Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, CrossFit Level 1, Crossfit Level 2, Endurance Training, Strong Man Training, Olympic Lifting, and NASM Certified.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Life happens, and I understand that. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Refunds aren’t typically offered, but we can discuss rescheduling or crediting future sessions.
How much do your services cost?
All of my prices are listed in the “Services” section of my website and pricing varies depending on the service and package. We offer competitive rates and discounts for packages and referrals.
What are the payment/billing details?
Personal Training: Pay monthly in advance, just like a standard gym. Health Coaching: Pay for the full program upfront.
